The screen basket (pressure screen basket) is used to screen the pulp before the paper machine. The pulping pressure is stable and pulsed. Its structure is simple, easy to use, its screening effect is good, and the output is high, so as to give play to the good performance of the screen drum and achieve a good screening effect. The screen basket adopts a mechanical method to realize the connection with the supporting structure. Compared with ordinary screening tool screen baskets, its slitting rate is high, the production capacity is greatly improved, and the power consumption is lower.
The pressure screen basket is composed of a sieve perforated plate, an overflow bucket and a non-perforated plate. There are many small holes distributed on the screen plate, and the vapor passes through the small holes from bottom to top, transfers heat and mass through the liquid layer on the tray, and then rises. The liquid flows through the tray according to a certain route, and the liquid is held by the vapor with a stable flow rate, and flows through the overflow hopper to the non-porous plate (liquid receiving tray) of the next tray. The thickness of the liquid layer is determined by the height of the inlet baffle and outlet baffle on the tray.




1. High screening efficiency: Because the slurry enters the sieve along the tangent line at a higher pressure, the fiber and coarse impurities have been separated before the slurry enters the sieve drum under the action of centrifugal force. Qualified fibers quickly pass through the screen drum by the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the pulp.
2. The screen drum has a long service life: after the pulp enters the pressure screen, the heavy impurities of the pulp have been separated by centrifugal action, so the impact and wear of the impurities on the rotor and the screen basket are reduced. Extend the service life of the screen drum.
3. No clogging when sieving the pulp: the pulp is uniformly sieved from top to bottom without thickening, the impurities are far away from thescreen basket, and the screen basket is not easy to be blocked.
4. It can replace low-pulse sieve: this machine has low pulse intensity of good pulp, so it will not be disturbed directly on the Internet.
5. The pulp quality is good.
6. Low maintenance cost.
