Function Overview

This product has a water spray frame, fixed-point cleaning, handheld spray gun, cleaning cart and other operating devices.
The water jet can be used to clean old stains and sticky dirt on squares and roads. The handheld high-pressure spray gun can be used to clean general equipment including product bodies. Spot cleaning can be used to clean street trash cans. Cleaning trolleys can be used to clean sidewalks, bus stops and other areas that are not easily accessible by motor vehicles.
In addition, the product can be equipped with disc cleaning, dosing nozzles and other operating devices according to user needs.

Structure and Performance
1. Chassis
Chassis. It adopts SH1037PCEVNZY1 type 2 chassis produced by SAIC Datsun Automobile Company Limited, with strong power and strong carrying capacity.
Motor. Adopts TZ210XSKCJ type drive motor produced by SAIC Datsun Automobile Co., Ltd, with peak power of 60kW and peak torque of 200N.m.

2. Upper-mounted motor and its transmission device
The top-mounted motor adopts Ningde Times brand permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the waterproof grade reaches IP67.
The top-mounted motor is directly connected to drive the high-pressure water pump for high-pressure cleaning operation through the universal joint drive shaft, and the old stains are swept away. The transmission link is compact, high efficiency and low noise.
 

3.Water tank

Adopting the overall framework box structure of "tool chamber + water tank + power chamber", which is durable and long-lasting. It has upper and lower water filling ports, which can add water smoothly and adapt to the water requirements of different areas. The cabin is installed with water pump driving motor and transmission device, and the tool cabin is used for storing cleaning trolley, handheld spray gun and other operating tools.
4. Cleaning device
Water spray frame. The water spray frame is controlled by electric actuator, which can realize left and right 20 degrees deflection and up and down 100mm height range amplitude, the maximum cleaning width is up to 1.5 meters, and it can form a continuous water curtain to clean the road surface.
Handheld spray gun. Handheld spray gun for cleaning roads, sidewalks, non-motorized roads, squares, "psoriasis", etc., water pressure up to 14MPa or more, a tank of water can work for more than 60 minutes. High-pressure water hose outside the spiral steel wire sleeve, can avoid direct wear and tear of the hose and the ground, long service life.
 

Fixed-point cleaning device. The fixed-point cleaning device can realize the up, down, left and right direction of bias swing, so as to facilitate the fixed-point removal of road stains.
Angle spray. Angle spray cleaning device and water spray frame share a water line, customers in the water spray frame cleaning operations at the same time can realize the road edge, guardrail base, road marking and other high-pressure cleaning operations.
High-pressure reel. The high-pressure reel has a self-recovery function and a maximum cleaning distance of up to 15 meters.
Cleaning trolley. Vehicles inconvenient to stop the road, you can use a cart for cleaning, the device for the stainless steel tube handrails, aluminum alloy pressure spray bar, lightweight, beautiful and reliable, cleaning width of up to 1.5m.

5. Power battery, drive motor and controller
Power battery. The lithium iron phosphate power battery system of Ningde Times brand is adopted. The battery system has passed strict tests of vibration, impact, extrusion, wet heat cycle, seawater immersion, external fire, over-temperature protection, etc., and meets the GB/T31467.3-2015 inspection requirements. The battery protection level reaches IP68 level.
Drive motor. TZ210XSKCJ drive motor produced by SAIC Datsun Automobile Co., Ltd. is adopted, with peak power of 60kW, peak torque of 200N.m, and protection grade of IP67.
Motor controller. KTZ33X38SYJ01 motor controller produced by SAIC Datsun Automobile Co., Ltd. is adopted, and the protection level reaches IP67. The controller has over-voltage and under-voltage, over-current and over-heating protection functions.

6. Operation mode
The vehicle adopts CAN bus control mode. All operations are easy and fast, and the performance of the electronic control system is stable and reliable.
Operation box. Located next to the radio box on the right front of the driver's seat, it is mainly used for the control of the upper power supply on and off, fixed-point cleaning, hand-held spray gun and water spraying frame and other actions.
Display screen. Located on the right front of the driver's seat, adjacent to the operation box, it is used to display the working condition of the water spraying frame in front of the front of the vehicle.
