UF ultrafiltration device
Ultrafiltration is one of the membrane separation water treatment methods
According to the size of the filtered particles, there are microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis. Among them, ultrafiltration can filter 20-100A(>0.1nm) size particles, filtration accuracy within 0.005-0.05nm, ultrafiltration can separate colloids, proteins, microorganisms and macromolecular organic matter in the liquid, and can pass through all dissolved salts and smaller molecules, most ultrafiltration membranes can separate molecules between 1000 and 100000 substances .
Characteristics of HS-UF device
(1)Low pressure, working pressure 0.2-0.7MPa.
(2)Operation at normal temperature, maximum temperature <45ºC, suitable for the separation of heat-sensitive substances.
(3)Good acid and alkali resistance, cleaning temperature 50ºC,PH2-11.5.
(4)Good oxidation resistance, maximum Cl2 concentration,200PPm.
(5)Reliable operation, ultrafiltration system includes pump, valve, cleaning system, monitoring instrument and protection system.

CMF continuous microfiltration device
Continuous microfiltration (CMF) is a new technology of membrane filtration.Thus, the membrane separation process tends to replace the traditional sand filtration, which is a very promising filtration method.
Continuous microfiltration can remove particles greater than 0.2μm from raw water, which is composed of filter membrane components, feed pumps, pipelines, solenoid valves, regulating valves and control systems (PLC level switches, flow monitoring, etc.), as well as purified compressed air systems, all mounted on a steel frame. Continuous microfiltration operation is simple, take automatic program uninterrupted, safe and reliable.
