Product Description

Working Principle
1.Adsorption Stage
Physical Adsorption:The waste gas passes through a GAC bed, where organic pollutants (e.g., VOCs) are trapped on the surface and within the micropores of the GAC through van der Waals forces.
Chemical Adsorption (Optional):
Chemically modified GAC may adsorb specific contaminants through chemical reactions, improving treatment efficiency for targeted pollutants.
2.Regeneration Stage
Once the GAC becomes saturated with adsorbed pollutants, it is regenerated to restore its adsorption capacity.
Common regeneration methods include:
Thermal Regeneration: High-temperature desorption volatilizes the adsorbed contaminants, which are then treated or collected.
Steam Stripping: Steam passes through the GAC bed, desorbing the pollutants for recovery or destruction.
Vacuum Desorption: Avacuum reduces the pressure, lowering the boiling points of the adsorbed pollutants for removal.

Working Process
1.Waste Gas Collection
Polluted air is collected from the emission source via a ducting system and directed into the GAC adsorption tower.2.Pre-treatment (Optional)
If the waste gas contains particulates, oils, or excessive moisture, pre-treatment devices (e.g., filters, scrubbers) are used to protect the GAC from clogging or degradation.3.Adsorption Stage
The waste gas flows through the GAC bed in the adsorption tower, where organic pollutants are adsorbed.Clean air exits the tower and is discharged into the atmosphere after meeting regulatory standards.
4.Breakthrough Monitoring
Sensors monitor the adsorption performance. When the GAC is saturated (breakthrough point), the system signals the need for regeneration.5.Regeneration Stage
The saturated GAC is regenerated in situ (within the system) or ex situ (removed and regenerated elsewhere).
