1. Q37 Hook Type Shot Blasting Machine
- It is suitable for surface cleaning or strengthening of castings, forgings, welded parts and heat-treated parts of various varieties, large, medium and small batches. It is divided into two main forms: single hook type and double hook type.
- The chamber adopts a fully enclosed structure, special wear-resistant alloy cast iron guard plate, and no projectile splashing phenomenon.
- The electric hoist is used to realize the loading, unloading, lifting and walking of the workpiece; the self-rotation device is used to realize the forward and reverse rotation of the workpiece in the shot blasting chamber.
- Automatic or manual control is optional.
- It has the characteristics of no pit, compact structure and high productivity.

2. 37 Series Hook Series Membrane Shell Shot Blasting Machine
The membrane shell shot blasting machine is an advanced equipment independently developed by our company after visiting many wax mold casting companies and cooperating with many domestic scientific research institutions. The shot blasting machine eliminates the wax mold casting shell shaking process. The membrane shell after shot blasting is broken and screened to achieve the recycling of modeling sand. 3. Q38/48/58 Series Catenary Shot Blasting Machine
This series of continuous, step-by-step, accumulation-release catenary and chain-through shot blasting machines are suitable for surface cleaning or strengthening of batches of medium and small parts, forgings and heat-treated parts. The workpieces can run continuously or step-by-step with the chain, and can also adopt advanced accumulation-release push rod catenary conveying, which can realize fixed-point loading and unloading and fixed-point shot blasting cleaning in a stopped state.

Q: What is a shot blast machine?
