Product Description
Metal electroplating wastewater treatment equipment is a vital piece of equipment used to treat wastewater from metal electroplating processes. Treatment Process Description
1.Adjustingting Tank:
Preliminary settlement and separation. Adjust the water quality and volume to make it more balanced, which is conducive to the next process.
2.Neutralization Sedimentation Tank:
Neutralize acidic or alkaline wastewater to prevent high acidity or high alkalinity wastewater from affecting the subsequent treatment process.
3.Middle Water Tank:
Adjust the water quality and quantity to ensure the uniformity and stability of subsequent treatment. Used as a reservoir.
4.EC+DAF Machine:
QDEVU Electrocoagulation & Dissolved Air Flotation(EC+DAF) Machine is a combination of Electrolysis, Coagulation and Air Flotation System, which can remove COD, BOD, suspended solids, grease, turbidity, chromaticity, heavy metal ions, calcium and magnesium ions, etc. in wastewater.
When the wastewater is treated by electrocoagulation(EC) system, it can not only coagulate and precipitate colloidal impurities and suspended impurities, but also remove a variety of pollutants in the water due to the oxidation of the anode and the reduction of the cathode.
Through the Dissolved Air Flotation(DAF) system, a large number of micro bubbles are produced in the water to form a three-phase mixture of water, gas and removed substances. Micro bubbles are adhered to the removed micro suspended substances,due the density is smaller than that of water, it floats to the water surface, so that oil particles and suspended substances in the water are separated and removed.
5.Sludge Tank:
The scum from the EC+DAF Machine and settling sludge from the Neutralization Sedimentation Tank is discharged to the sludge tank by the sludge pump for concentration.
6.Sludge Dewatering Machine:
The screw press sludge dewatering machine is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment that uses the screw extrusion principle to squeeze and dewater sludge through the strong extrusion force generated by the change of screw diameter and screw pitch.
