QT4-25 has full-automatic and semi-automatic models.
Our machines have reasonable design and compact structure, realize directional vibration, frequency conversion braking, and immediately cancel energy consumption, without manual feeding, which greatly reduces labor intensity. QT4-25 has 3 versions.
First one-QT4-25A. The full-automatic model can automatically place the materials and feed pallets. After the bricks are made, there is also a brick transfer system that can automatically discharges bricks and stacking machine will stack the bricks. There are two modes: automatic mode and manual mode, which can be switched according to requirements with one button. It's very easy to operate, and labor saving.
Second one-QT4-25B. This version can automatically feed materials and pallets, but there is no stacking machine, and the bricks need to be fork out manually. Which is very friendly to people who do business for the first time and reduces investment costs.

1. Automatic. QT 4-25 Block Making Machine is fully Automatic. It has two modes: automatic mode and manual mode, can be switched by one botton, which is very convinent.
2. High efficiency. The Forming period is 20-25s, and every time can make 4 pcs(400*200*200 mm) blocks, which ensures a certain amount of production, suitable for commercial use.
3. Intelligent operating system. Our machine use PLC intelligent control system, automatic control, automatic fault diagnosis, easy to operate.
4. Multipurpose. This machine can make hollow brick, colored paving brick, curb stones etc.
5. Vibration Molding. Our machine adopts flat vibration, mould vibration, and squeeze compression vibration. The blocks can be maded with average density and high strength.

A: We will provide you with meticulous video and full text guidance, and the big machine can let engineer fly to your side for installation and training your workers.
Q4. Do you test all goods before delivery?
A: Yes. We will test the machine before shipping to ensure that the machine is in the best condition before shipping.
Q5. What's the payment item?
A: By TT or Western Union or any method that is convenient for you. After receiving 30% deposit, we start production. After finishing production. We will take some photos or video of your products for you to watch. The rest 70% money will be paid before delivery.
Q6. What about the warranty?
A: The warranty period is 2 years. If it is a quality problem, the quick-wearing spare accessories will be replaced free of charge within 3 months. Especially,our factory will be equipped with enough quick-wearing spare accessories before delivering, no need to buy additional quick-wearing spare accessories within 2 years.
