Differences Between Gas Phase and Liquid Phase Injection Needles1.The gas phase micro injector is pointed because it needs to penetrate the injection pad, while the liquid phase micro injector is flat to prevent damage to the quantitative valve.2. It is not a concept, gas phase micro injectors have airtight and ordinary types.

Air Tightness (Pointed):Micro injector, used for high performance liquid or gas phase analysis. The injection is divided into liquid phase (flat head), gas phase (pointed head), and airtightness (pointed head)1. When using the airtight micro injector, please push the metal sleeve of the needle tip back with your hand. At this time, the needle tip inside the metal sleeve is connected to the glass tube for injection or extraction. (Note that the metal sleeve of the needle tip should not be released during injection or discharge)2. After sampling, the metal sleeve is released, the needle tip is disconnected from the glass tube, and the sample is sealed inside the glass tube.3. If the sample is to be produced, push the metal sleeve back to connect the needle tip to the glass tube before the sample can be produced.4. After each use, please clean it in a timely manner to prevent the needle tip from being blocked or the glass tube and push rod from getting stuck.5. If air leakage is found behind the push rod, please tighten the sealing screw at the back of the glass tube appropriately.
