Estos Reductores de Corona Sin Fin tienen una carcaza de aluminio inyectado a presion de una sola pieza, estos reductores no tienen tapas, juntas de sellado. El bloque rigido de estos reductores de velocidad de corona sin fin le garantiza mayor seguridad de procesos y carga mas elevada. La estructura modular es una caracteristica de esta serie de Sinfines. A estos Reductores Corona Sin Fin se pueden conectar motores estandar IEC/NEMA y la etapa previa de engranaje cilindrico formando asi motorreductores completamente montados.
A partir de pocos modulos basicos combinados se puede lograr una gran cantidad de variantes de reductor distintas. En forma estandar, el Reductor de Velocidad de Corona Sin fin UNIVERSAL de Nord tiene la ejecucion de patas a tres caras, una brida B14 a dos lados y un eje hueco de salida. Ejes macizos postizos, bridas que se pueden atornillar en el lado de salida, brazos de reaccion o etapas previas de engranaje cilindrico son los modulos utilizables en diversas aplicaciones.
