The material is forcibly fed into the crushing chamber through a spiral feeder, where it is impacted by high-speed rotating swing hammers and simultaneously subjected to shearing action between the hammers and the upper tooth plate. Under the action of the swirling flow within the tooth groove, the material undergoes further mutual friction, collision, and other forces to achieve crushing. The product is discharged from the lower part of the machine, where a screen mesh is available to adjust and control the particle size of the product.
