1. TAL series detachable autoloader design has the characteristics of quick cleaning, easy maintenance and easy operation. Autoloader is easy to move, equipped with vacuum motor, dust filter and exhaust silencer tube.
2. TAL-700G adopts high speed rectifying carbon brush motor, small size, strong suction, easy installation, suitable for conveying new materials
3. TAL-800G using induction type high pressure motor, low noise, long life.
4. Microcomputer processor accurately control suction time, suction function, and suction mode of selection settings, user-friendly design, easy to adjust the machine, easy operate, multiple alarm indicators.
5. Equipped with high efficiency blower and motor overload protection device, it can prolong machine service life and improve the efficiency; audible material shortage alarm for reminding customers to solve faulty.
6. All models of equipment are manufactured in accordance with strict industry standards with stable and reliable performance.
7. The main machine and material hopper receiver is designed separately for satisfying with customers' requirements on the long distance conveying material.
8. Autoloader can work with various hopper receivers according to different requirements to make customers have a variety of choices.
9. Raw material level induction using reed level switch to match self-weight stainless steel blanking damper, large raw material glass window need not be adjusted with different materials.
10.The raw material level induction of large see - through window use photoelectric sensor, vacuum hopper receiver can be installed directly on the hopper dryer of IMM; photoelectric sensor hopper receiver can be installed directly at the feeding port of IMM.
11. Independent filter device is easy for cleaning. Cyclone dust separator is available as option to reduce cleaning filter time which is specially suitable for regrind material conveying.
12. Proportional valve is available as option which is used for mixing virgin, regrind material and instant recycle regrind material.

Autoloader can be dived into self-contained type and separated type, widely used in IMM , extruder and other equipment of raw material conveying, the main controllers and hopper receivers are designed separately which is suitable for long distance delivery, strong suction. TAL -700G/800G is suitable for one-to-one machine, the variety of matching can satisfy customers' various requirements and save the cost of equipment & space.
