Product Description

Anode graphite is the biggest part of lithium-ion batteries by weight, but only a small percentage of the cost. Our coating equipment can be used for making artificial graphite anode material of lithium battery, they mainly include the material measuring tank, heating reactor, cooling reactor, heating furnace,  condensation holding tank for end-gas and PLC control system.

They are developed by our professional engineers and impoved by our years experience,  they can improved the working efficiency, granulation effect and mixing effect,  and have been proved they are an excellent coating equipment and widely used in anode graphite industry.

The advantages of our machines as below
1. The material product yield is high, the yield coefficient by our machines usually can up to 95%, but other machines usually is about 80%.
2. The cooling time of material is short, reduce the temperature from high level to 50 ­°C only needs 2.5-3 hours, it saves the energy cost a lot.
3. The automatic level is high, basically realize BUTTON START mode, it saves the labour cost a lot.
4. The waste of material is less, the distance between mixing shafts and wall is about 10mm.

By TT, 40% deposit is paid before production, 60% balance is paid before delivery.

It depends on the quantity of order, usually between 2-3months.
