6.1 Connect the power and inspect the working condition of cooling water pump.
6.2 Press the button and inspect the working condition of electric control system.
6.3 According to the bar diameter, adjust the position disc to fit the rebar. The following table shows the relationship between roller and bar diameter.

The machine should be kept in storeroom with dry air and no harmful gas.

The machine works under the following terms and conditions:
1. Sea level elevation does not exceed 2,000M.
- Cooling medium does not exceed 40ºC.
- The processing rebar diameter does not exceed rebar diameter regulated at nameplate.
- Be sure to read through the operation manual carefully before operation.
- Be sure to keep this manual safe for future reference.
- First put the machine in stable surface and fix it. Connect the power cord and ground wire, power supply is three-phase 380V 50Hz. It is required to add enough water-soluble coolant (cutting fluid) to water tank and the oiliness coolant is forbidden.
- The center of gravity position is at the rear of machine, length, width and height are: 1200mm,600mm,1300mm. The machine should be placed stably and transported in dry environment and kept away from rain.
- Special tools are required for dismounting in order to avoid destroying machine components.
6.1 Connect the power and inspect the working condition of cooling water pump.
6.2 Press the button and inspect the working condition of electric control system.
6.3 According to the bar diameter, adjust the position disc to fit the rebar. The following table shows the relationship between roller and bar diameter.

- When the space between rebar diameter and roller is suitable, insert test bar(small end) into the center of the roller, adjust them to be able to touch with each other, then pull out the test bar, fasten the screws to press the gear ring, make the rollers could not be moved. Then adjustment of rolling thread diameter is finished. (as shown in Figure 1)
- Again insert test bar (big end) into the center the blade, adjust the position disc, make blade and test bar touch with each other, pull out test bar, fasten the screws of position disc, Then adjustment of rib-stripping diameter is finished. (as shown in Figure 2)
