PP/PET/RPET/PLASPUNBOND NONWOVEN MAKING PROCESS
 

100% virgin pp/pet/pla/rpet material - materials feed channel - materials come through the feed tube into the machine - operate the power and technical control panel - make out nonwovens through thermal rolling and binding chemical fibre webs which have been carded. Finished one big roll nonwovens - use machine to hang the big roll to the cutting machine -after the big roll fixed in the cutting machine - put a paper tube on the fabric - press the cutting button start to roll - big roll to small roll (customized roll length ) - measure the weight and packed with plastic bag - use two chock paper tube put on both side - use hammer to make sure the packing is tightly enough

A1: Our products mainly export to Europen countries, USA, Middle East, Southeast Asian....
Q2: Do you sale stock products?
A2: We normally produce products according to customer's orders. We donot sale stocks.
Q3: What the MOQ for bulk order?
A3: The MOQ for 500kgs per white/black ,dyed fabric is 1000kg per color.
Q4: What the MOQ for sample order?
A4: If we have stock grey cloth the MOQ for sample order is 1000kg per color surcharge.
Q5: Can you accpet order quantity less MOQ?
A5: Yes, but should be surcharged for small lot.
Q6: What the payment term of your company?
A6: The payment term for new customer is T/T 30% deposit and balance before shipment. We can discuss better payment term after several orders in good cooperation.
