Whole machine: The machine tool adopts a column fixed and cross slide moving structure. The X, Y, and Z axes adopt linear rolling guides, and the whole machine has high rigidity, high stability and high reliability. Spindle box: It adopts a high-speed spindle unit, the spindle taper hole is BT40 specification, and has a central blowing function.
Tool magazine: The tool magazine adopts a disc-type tool magazine with reliable quality and stable performance.
Drive: The three-axis motor and high-precision ball screw adopt a direct drive method. The ball screw is pre-stretched and installed to improve the transmission rigidity and positioning accuracy.
