Product Description

Resin insulated dry-type transformers are the SC10, SCB10 series and SC11, SCB11 series of filler insulated dry-type transformers developed independently by our company with the introduction of foreign advanced technology. Since the coils are encapsulated by epoxy resin, they are flame-retardant, fire-proof, explosion-proof, maintenance-free and pollution-free. They are small in size and can be directly placed at the load center. At the same time, the scientific and reasonable design and casting process make the product have smaller partial discharge, low noise, strong heat dissipation capacity, and can operate for a long time at 125% rated load under forced air cooling conditions. It is equipped with an intelligent temperature controller with fault alarm, over-temperature alarm, over-temperature tripping and black box functions, and is connected to the computer through the RS485 serial interface for centralized monitoring and control.

 

Model meaning

High voltage winding

 

It is vacuum cast with epoxy resin with filler, with small partial discharge and high electrical strength of the coil. The inner and outer walls of the winding are reinforced with glass fiber grid, which increases the mechanical strength of the coil and improves the product's ability to resist sudden short circuits. The coil will never crack.

Low voltage winding

It adopts a foil structure, which solves the problem of axial helix angle when winding, making the ampere-turns more balanced. At the same time, the coil adopts an axial cooling air duct to enhance the heat dissipation capacity. DMD epoxy resin prepreg cloth is used between the winding layers, and the whole is cured and formed.

Iron Core

 

It is made of imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, with a three-order fully oblique joint structure. The core column is bound with F-grade weftless tape, and the core surface is encapsulated with epoxy resin to reduce no-load loss, no-load current and core noise. The clips and fasteners are specially surface treated to further improve the product appearance quality.

System:Temperature and Cooling

The cross-flow side-blowing cooling fan is adopted, which has the characteristics of low noise, high wind pressure, beautiful appearance, etc., and enhances the overload capacity of the transformer. The temperature control adopts an intelligent temperature controller to improve the reliability of the transformer operation.

Housing and outlet

The protective shell provides further safety protection for the transformer, with protection levels of IP20, IP23, etc. The shell materials include aluminum alloy, cold-rolled steel plate, stainless steel, etc. for users to choose.
The low-voltage outlet uses standard busbar outlet, and both side outlet and top outlet are available. Special outlet methods can also be designed for users.

Built-in PT100 probes in 3 phase windings to detect the real-time temperature of windings and cycle display them in the digital screen.Open circuit alarm and fault self-check alarm display and signal output.

3 stages automatically actions while the temperature reached to the set value, 1st stage the cooling fans start automatically, 2nd stage high temperature alarm,3rd stage over temperature trip.
