1.1 Technology introduction

The biological reinforcement system consists of biological enhancers, dosing systems, electrical control systems, etc.
Bio-Additives are a new type of reagent jointly developed by the company and universities. The porosity, large specific surface area, and ion adsorption characteristics of enhancers provide a good habitat for anaerobic microorganisms and have a significant impact on the attachment, reproduction, and evolution of microbial communities.
Select powdered products prepared from biomaterials and trace elements as recovery medium acidification anaerobic fermentation (VFA<5000mg/L) and enhanced biological promoters; By enhancing interspecies electron transfer, the gradual degradation of organic acids accumulated in the tank is accelerated and the biological metabolism process is strengthened, ensuring the healthy operation of fermentation tanks.
Bio-Additives can increase methane production in anaerobic digestion and alleviate mild ammonia inhibition, improve anaerobic digestion efficiency, and shorten hydraulic retention time. The anaerobic load of conventional organic waste can be significantly increased from 3.0 kg VS/m3. d to 4.5 kg VS/m3. d, and the biogas yield can be increased from 750ml/kg Vs to 850ml/kg Vs. It can also increase the methane content in biogas, reduce carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide content, and other multiple effects.
The Bio-Additivest powder is manually transported and then added to the dosing tank. It is prepared with tap water or liquid digestate, after stirred and mixed ,  pumped into the fermentation tank to complete the feeding of the strengthening agent.
