Q1: Can they be straightened, curled?
A:Treat the hair as it is your own hair. Use a flat iron/straightener, but as with your own hair, never use hot
tools too often.
Q2: Can I dye or bleach the hair?
A:yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighter the hair. We
highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions, coloring them yourself always poses a high
risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can not get to a salon, use a good quality hair dye and
test a small sample first please.
Q3: Can I wash the hair?
A:you can wash them as you would your own. Shampoo and conditioner. Because the hair is not attached to
your scalp,it is not getting the oils it should be. We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every
few weeks.
Q4: Can I blow-dry the hair?
A:The extensions can be blow-dryed on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to
let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them.
Q5: Can i swim with my hair extensions?
A:Yes. You can swim, exercise or take part in any sport or physical activity if you take proper steps to protect your extensions. Protect your extensions from the damaging effects of the chlorine present in pools by wearing a swimming cap or washing and conditioning your extensions immediately after leaving the water
Q6: How long does it last?
A:This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and
take very good care of it for it last longer.
Q7. What are non-Remy hair, Remy hair, and virgin hair?
A: Non-Remy hair is collected from the floor of temples and hair salons. Cuticle directions become mixed,
causing tangling and matting. To disguise this the hair will go through an acid bath to completely strip
the cuticle, similar to relaxing your hair about a dozen times - Remy hair: each bundle Remy hair are
from 3-4 difference people mixed together, but all Remy hair bundle are the same cuticle direction -
Virgin hair is hair from only one girl, cuticle aligned.
Q8. How to wash my hair?
A: Step 1: Detangle hair gently before washing. Comb your hair extensions with a spacious wired comb.
Step 2: With warm water gently wet the extensions. Put shampoo (Light Color Shampoo No Purple
Shampoo) with low or absolutely no sulphates on them.
Step 3: Rinse out the shampoo. Apply conditioner. For tape in hair extensions, don't put conditioner on
the tapes, which may cause the tapes to fall out easily. Once you've rinsed out the conditioner and
they've dried, comb through the extensions so they're not tangled.
Step 4: You can leave the extensions out in the air to dry.
Step 5: Do Not Rub or Twist hair when you wash them. Crush straight hair in a downward motion starting
with the ends, work your way up to the roots. Step 6: Hair may tangle if general care directions
are not followed properly.
Q9. Can I use styling tools on my hair extensions?
A: Flat irons, blow dryers, curling irons and other heat styling tools can be used on our 100% Remy human hair extensions at certain temperatures without causing long term damage. Set heat styling tools to low to medium temperatures to achieve your desired style and to preserve the health of your extensions.
Q10. How can I keep my hair extensions smooth and tangle free?
A: Remove knots and tangles from extensions and prevent them from forming by detangling regularly. Spray extensions with a fine mist of water or apply a detangling product then use a fine toothed comb to comb gently from the ends to the roots loosening any tangled areas as you work your way through the hair.
