Product Description
A reverse circulation drilling method for drilling cuttings carrying drill cuttings through the inner bore of the drill rod and returning from the borehole to the ground.
The liquid (gas) flow of the reverse circulation drilling is compared with the conventional circulation method called positive circulation, in which the flushing medium is fed into the bottom of the drill hole through the inner hole of the drill rod and returns to the ground along the annular gap outside the drill rod. The speed of return is high, and it is very strong to carry rock powder. Rocks that have been drilled at the bottom of the hole can be discharged in time and quickly return to the surface.

Different rock fragmentation tools can be used for cyclic flush drilling of various rock fragmentation methods such as rotary drilling, impact drilling and impact rotary drilling, and the flushing medium can be clean water, mud or air. Why do you need to set back injection on reverse circulation bit ?
According to the way of mud circulation, the rotary drilling machine is divided into positive circulation drilling and reverse circulation drilling. Positive circulation drilling is that the mud is pumped out of the mud pool by the mud pump, the input hose is sent to the upper entrance of the hollow drill rod, and the hollow drill rod is sprayed to the bottom of the drill bit. The rotating drill bit lubricates the mud.
