It is suitable for reverse osmosis(RO) system, nanofiltration(NF) system and ultrafiltration(UF) system in medicine, power plant boiler, chemical industry, precision instrument, energy equipment, steel plant and mining industry. It is especially suitable for reverse osmosis system with high content of barium and strontium in reverse osmosis feed water and serious scaling tendency of barium sulfate and strontium sulfate.
1. The initial addition of scale inhibitor should be cleaned first.
2. Adjust the scale inhibitor stroke of the metering pump.
3. With scale inhibitor: check and close the drain valve at the bottom of the scale inhibitor container, and calculate the appropriate dosage according to the volume of the scale inhibitor capacity box and the actual working output of the metering pump. The general dosing concentration is 3-8ppm.
4. Open the mixing motor of the scale inhibitor container, stir the scale inhibitor evenly, and then stop the motor. Stir for 15-20min.
5.Open the metering pump inlet and outlet valve and metering pump switch, the agent is added before the security filter. After shutdown, turn off the metering pump.
6.Regular inspection of the dosing system for leaks, leaks, please solve in time.
