Inspection Screen
This inspection equipment is outfitted with four industrial cameras.
Camera1 is a Horizontal camera, that inspects multi-segment height and outer diameter.
Camera2 is a Vertical bottom view camera, able to check the aperture and the burr.
Camera3 is a Vertical top view camera, that inspects parts opposite diagonal and angle. It is also used to detect chamfering.
Camera4-6 are 45° tilt camera used to determine if the product has internal threads.
