And there is a large rotating displacement mechanism with a load capacity of 20 tons, which coordinates with the robot to place the weld seam in the flat corner welding and ship welding positions, and automatically tracks the welding.

2. Before welding with dual robots, rigorous process analysis and experimental verification are carried out, and the welding sequence is strictly controlled. There is no need for manual calibration after welding, and the one-time product welding qualification rate is over 98%.

It is mainly composed of a large suspended arc welding robot, equipped with a dual wire welding power supply, a 15 meter long walking track and boom, and achieves 9-axis coordinated linkage welding. Configure a large rotary positioner with a load capacity of 30 tons to reduce the labor intensity of operators.

2. Compared to conventional single wire gas shielded welding, double wire welding improves efficiency by more than twice.
The weld formation is aesthetically pleasing, uniform, and consistent; The weld seam has a deep penetration depth, high mechanical strength, and a welding quality qualification rate of 100%.
Two operators are divided into two shifts and work 24 hours a day, which can complete the workload of 4-6 welders in one day.
