Automatic Centrifugal concentrator
The Automatic Centrifugal concentrator (centrifugal separator) is a new kind of high efficiency gravity concentrating equipment. High-speed rotation generates very strong centrifugal force to intensify gravity separation which makes more effective recovery of the fine heavies.
Excellent Recovery Performance: It demonstrates superior recovery of granular gold, with a recovery rate of over 98% for 74-micron granular gold and over 97% for 40-micron particles.
High Enrichment Ratio: The enrichment ratio exceeds 1000, resulting in a small concentrate yield with a concentrate grade reaching up to 1000-20000 g/t.

The advanced features of Automatic Centrifugal Concentrator include:
1. Polyurethane Integrated Casting Cone: This component is highly wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, ensuring smoother operation.

5. Multi-Layer Shock-Absorbing Rubber: This component extends the service life of the equipment and reduces operational noise.
The motor passes through the belt to drive the hollow shaft to rotate the drain pan(cone) troughs at high speed,the mineral material passes the feeding port into it, the mineral material is strengthened under the centrifugal action, and the heavy mineral stays in the drain pan slot . The light mineral is discharged by the tailing outlet, and after backflush water, the concentrate is discharged from the concentrate outlet. and then next cycle operation.
