The uniform section thin-walled bearing is composed of seven open series and five sealed series. There are 3 types of open series: radial contact C type, angular contact A type and four-point contact X type. The advantages of thin-walled constant-section bearings: thin-walled bearings achieve extremely thin bearing cross-sections, and achieve product miniaturization and light weight. Thin-walled constant-section bearings are also called thin-walled ring bearings, which have high precision, very quiet characteristics and strong load-carrying capacity. It is this characteristic that distinguishes the thin-walled constant-section bearings in the standard ISO series from traditional bearings.
Therefore, it is possible to select a larger cross section and use a bearing with a higher load carrying capacity without changing the shaft diameter. Thin-walled bearings with constant cross-section can be designed to be very light and require only a small space.
