Technical Solution
According to the description of the workpiece, we designed a set of automatic diaphragm welding equipment, which will press the workpiece into place and put it in the corresponding position after which the equipment will realize full automatic welding;

Function Overview and Features:
This special machine is mainly composed of nine parts. After manually placing the workpiece in the designated position, the welding process begins by pressing the start button on the control panel. The equipment realizes the automatic alignment of the workpiece, improving the welding efficiency and quality of the manufacturer, and reducing the labor intensity of the workers.


Equipment composition and process flow
 

Assembly process: 
Step 1: The worker places the sheet on the automatic rotating clamping table; after confirming its neatness, the locating pin is inserted into the positioning rod.
Step 2: Manually activate the clamping mechanism hydraulic cylinder to clamp the sheet, and then start the welding robot.
Step 3: The operator selects the corresponding sheet model on the control system, confirms the welding parameters, adjusts the position of the gun, and then presses start.
Step 4: After completing one round of welding, it automatically proceeds to weld the next round until welding is completed. After completion, retracting of clamping mechanism takes place, removing locating pins from positioning rods and then lifting away workpieces; completing all welding for one workpiece.
Step 5: Repeat steps 1 to 4 until all workpieces are welded or stop welding."About us
