PRODUCTION  RAW MATERIALS

Bauxite of our company has a good alumina origin of raw materials, Xiaoyi bauxite of rotary kiln in Shanxi, Shanxi original round kiln baux- ite, Shanxi Yangquan shaft kiln bauxite.Proprietary factory are in Shanxi Yangquan, Ninghe county of Tianjin higher-permeability, there are 50 employees, production work site of 30,000 square meters, facto- ry building10,000 square meters. There are 3 sets of Barmic Crusher,2 sets of Chew-crusher,2 sets of Roller Crusher,lset of Raymond Mill, 1 set of Morgan Sieve. The annual output is 100,000 tons.

Calcined bauxite is produced by sintering/calcining with natural baux- ite ore of low iron, low alkali at temperatures of 1600-1800 degree Celsius in the rotary kiln or round kiln through pre-heationg, calcina-
