1. Use
This machine is used of fore and aft phase rubber tracks the formation of the drum of a space, make the workpiece in the process of blasting continuous rolling, it is mainly used for non-ferrous metal artifacts such as shot blasting treatment

2.Bag chamber construction : including dust hopper, access door, frame ontolog,Top and bottom plate, bag filter, filter chamber.
3.Ash discharge system: including ash discharge valve,screw conveyer.
1.It is used to treat exhaust gas of high concentration,large air flow, high temperature and humidity etc.
2.It uses positive pressure reverse sucking air separate chamber offfline dust clearing.
3.It uses PLC to realize automatic dust air cleaning, dust particle removal, automatic temperature control
Shot Blasting Machine Blast Wheel
1. Blast Wheel is a new kind of imp eller head with high efficiency, simple structure and low noise .
2.The 8 Blades are inserted on the wheels and firmly fixed by the centrifugal force of vane wheel revolving ,no need to use any clamp apparatus.
3.Simple design of blade locking guarantees a quick turn or change of blades.It will only take 3 to 5 minutes to disassemble the 8 pieces blades.
