2-1. Basic introduction of Rubber Compound Two Roll Mixing Mill, Open Mixing Mill Machine with Stock Blender
Rubber mixing mill is used for mixing and kneading raw rubber, synthetic rubber, thermoplastics or E.V.A.with chemicals into final materials.
The final materials can be fed to calender, hot presses or other processing machine for making rubber or plastic products.
2-2. Features of Rubber Compound Two Roll Mill, Mixing Machine with Stock Blender
A. The roll adopts the vanadium titanium metal alloy chilled cast iron and its surface is hard and wear-proof. The internal cavity is processed to make temperature well proportioned on the roll surface.
B. The machine is equipped with an overload protection device to prevent the main components from being damaged.
C. The machine is also equipped with an emergency brake device. When an emergent arises, just draw the safety pull rod, and the machine will stop immediately. It is safe and reliable.
D. The transmission system adopts a hardened tooth-surface reducer, which has a compact structure with higher transmission efficiency, lower noise and longer service life.
E. The base frame is a whole framework, which is convenient for installation.
F. Stock bender for direct rubber sheet and knife to cut as your need to assemble.
G. Auto-lubrication sysytem for greese or oil and match bearing bush.

2-4. Configuration of Rubber Compound Two Roll Mill/ Mixing Machine With Stock Blender
1. Rolls: Chilled Alloy Cast Iron rolls with surface hardness 68~72HS. The Rolls are mirror finished & polished, duly grinded and are hollowed for cooling or heating.
2. Roll Clearance Adjusting Unit: Nip adjustment at two roller ends is done manually using two separate screws attached to the brass housing body.
3. Roll Cooling: Universal Rotary joints with inner Spray pipes with Hoses and Headers. Piping is complete up to supply pipe terminal.
4. Journal Bearing Housing: Heavy Duty Steel Casting Housing fitted with Anti Friction Roller Bearings.
5. Lubrication: Full Automatic Grease lubrication pump for Anti Friction Roller Bearings fitted in dust sealed housing.
6. Stand Frame & Apron: Heavy Duty Steel Casting.
7. Gearbox: Hard-tooth reduction gearbox, GuoMao brand.
8. Base Frame: Common base frame heavy duty, Steel channel and MS plate fabricated accurately machined on which whole machine with Gearbox and motor are fitted.
9. Electric Panel: Star Delta Electric operating panel with Auto Reversing, Voltmeter, Ampere, Overload protection relay, 3 Phase Indicator and Emergency Stop Switch.

OULI MACHINE will assume no liability for labor costs, installation costs, or other losses.
Your warranty rights will be honored
Only when the product has been installed and used properly as deemed by OULI MACHINE,OULIMACHINE will not repair products damaged by improper use or faulty installation.
