Ensure uniform heating temperature. Temperature difference < ±3ºC.

A hydraulic cylinder electromagnetic induction limit switch is arranged between the upper beam and the upper hot plate (on both sides).The opening and closing mold and vulcanization parameter abnormal sound and light alarm are set on the upper part of the main electrical control cabinet. Set up heating overheat protection device to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.
