Conveyor belt side skirt rubber manufacturer


Skirt rubber is used mainly in the mining industry as a side skirt on conveyor belt system.
Skirt rubber has a double layer of skirt rubber compound from polyurethane and rubber. The inner wear resistant of polyurethane exceeds the wear life of traditional rubber on skirting, whilst outer anti-dust integral molding can adapt to belt vibration and maintain the correct pressure to effectively seal the belt.

Natural rubber mixed with styrene-butadiene rubber will make skirt rubber more durable, increase its elasticity so that the sealing strip can be firmly attached to the conveyor belt.
Bai-ott's newly formula add semi-solidified lubricant to natural rubber, which solves the problem of high wear and tear and the belt easily damaged.
