Advantage of Lab Glassware Washer:

Advanced microcomputer control system with full color LCD touch screen:

  1. Graphical and digital display of real-time water inflow, cleaning procedures, cleaning stages, columnar changes in time and temperature, pipeline pressure data and other parameters.

  2. System software can be redesigned to meet customer needs, and it can support the expansion of hundreds of applications. The desktop can be configured to set up quick launch programs.

  3. Three optional password protection can be set: Finger Print; Password; No password.

Instrument structure

1. The shell material is 304 stainless steel and the cleaning chamber is 316L stainless steel, the cleaning chamber were formed directly without welding points.
2. The integrated design of the whole machine can be installed independently without the aid of other external devices.
3. Four buckets of 5L cleaning agent can be stored inside and four universal casters at the bottom of the instrument for easy movement.


Data transmission system
1. 6 or more user ports to enter with three-level password authority management.
2. Fingerprint recognition authority management system and SD card storage audit trail system, the interface is RS232.


Water circulation system
1. Variable frequency soft-start function control the circulation pump from 0-600L/min.
2. Dynamic water injection system: Flowmeter was set in to measure water and the panel displays water intake and process in real time to ensure the ratio of cleaning agent and water.
3. Pipeline pressure monitor monitors the pressure of the main pipeline in real time.
4. Double temperature monitoring system and optional drainage cooling and double drainage function.

 
Safety protection system
1. Water heating over temperature protection, hot air heating over temperature protection, water pump over temperature protection, fan over temperature protection;
2. Monitoring water leakage, the instrument will stop working if water leakage;
3. The instrument will recovery automatically after water cut and memory if the power cut off;
4. The instrument have the remind function when the cleaning agent is lacking;
5. Multi-layer filtration system: prevent debris from entering the pipeline and causing blockage.
 
Drying system
1. HEPA drying system with double pipeline compression fan, the maximum vacuum pressure is 110 mbar and the circulation of hot air is not less than 110 m³/h.
2. Temperature from room temperature to 120ºCand drying time from 0 to 300mins.
3. With double spray heat exchange system and water-saving condensing technology.

Advanced water spray technology

Pressure pipeline detection: The lab glass washer uses pressure detection sensors to real-time monitor the pressure of the cleaning water pipeline. When the water pressure is too low, it pauses the operation of the water pump to prevent it from running dry.

The circulating pump adopts soft start variable frequency control to avoid the damage caused by excessive water column pressure to glassware during the instantaneous start of the pump.

Two parallel water inlets at the back ensure uniform pressure distribution for each shelf and every spray nozzle.
