SHACMAN H3000 cargo truck chassis very for logistics company, it can design for fuel, water and bulk cargoes etc goods transport. The cargo truck chassis adopt the 430HP engine, which is easier driving at bad road condition and can loading more cargoes. The gearbox of this truck is FAST brand, with 12 forward and 2 reverse gear, can applicant with power take off, used for fuel discharge or operation crane etc. The cabin of SHACMAN cargo truck with one bed and A/C, which is more comfortable compare with F3000 old model cabin.

The SHACMAN cargo truck chassis use 430HP power engine, WEICHAI brand. Maximum output power 316kw, maximum torque 2100N.m. The WEICHAI engine has a very strong power output and can provide enough power to support a variety of heavy-duty vehicles. Its advanced turbocharging and intercooling technology enables it to output high power and high torque, which is particularly suitable for the driving needs of heavy-duty vehicles. And it adopts advanced combustion technology and fuel system, which makes the fuel burn more fully and improves the thermal efficiency, thus reducing the fuel consumption.
SHACMAN H3000 cargo truck cargo body adopt the laser cutting tech, shot blasting tech and electrostatic spraying tech. The advantages of each tech as follow:
Lase cutting tech: The laser cutting machine has a very narrow slit, high precision, and good roughness after cutting, which requires almost no other processing, and can be used directly.
Shot blasting tech: Shot blasting effectively removes surface oxidation, contaminants and imperfections, and can increase the contact area between the paint surface and the surface of the workpiece, thus improving the adhesion of the paint to the workpiece.
Electrostatic spraying tech: Electrostatic spraying achieves an even, smooth coating by electrostatic action, which causes the paint to take on a negative charge and adsorb onto the surface of the workpiece, avoiding the problem of leakage or build-up of paint.
