The SL802 is a grade of Sunion resin. lt is compounded by styrene(75%) and butadiene. It is non-toxic, colorless, high transparentand high anti-impact. The product is not resistant to oil, while it can be solved in toluene, cyclohexane,n-hexane and other non-polar solvent.
1.High transparency, high impact resistance
The modified polystyrene and SAN resin can not only improve the impact resistance, but also maintain good transparency. The impact strength of styrene butadiene transparent impact resin is about 3-5 times that of general polystyrene and SAN resin, and its impact strength can fully meet the requirements of general products.
2.Safe and non-toxic
Butadiene transparent impact resin products meet the relevant requirements of GB4806.6-2016 "Food Safety National Standard for food contact plastic resin", REACH, ROHS, SGS testing in line with the safety standards of the European Union. Suitable for food packaging, especially non-fat food containers.
3.Wide application and good processability
Butadiene transparent impact resistant resin can be processed by injection, extrusion, blow molding, die molding and other open forms to meet the requirements of different products, and the processing temperature range is wide, good flow, short cycle, low energy consumption. Products resistant to water, acid, alkali, non-toxic, strong coloring power.
