The host platform of the system is mainly used to run the upper computer software, receive the images of the car bottom and license plate through network communication, and then process, analyze and store them.

Underbody imaging equipment is the key equipment in the underbody safety inspection system, which is used to complete the data acquisition of the vehicle chassis image and facilitate the computer to process the image. The system adopts the most advanced color digital linear array imaging technology, which can realize the complete scanning imaging of the car bottom at one time without omission. However, the imaging equipment under the car is an outdoor installation equipment, and the environmental adaptability of the component is the key to determine whether the whole system can work stably for a long time. Under the car imaging equipment adopts advanced modular design, with good environmental adaptability, its component box, movement, LED surface light source and other important parts are using special compression protection anti-vibration seal design, the entire equipment closed installation, well meet the user's waterproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, anti-fog and other performance requirements.
