Δ Y3180 CNC four axis nc gear hobbing machine, using the generating method through electronic gear box processing all kinds of straight gear, helical gear, worm gear, small taper gears, drum gear and spline gear processing, the machine is suitable for mining, shipbuilding, lifting machinery, metallurgy, elevators, petroleum machinery, power equipment, engineering machinery and other industries of gear machining. The machine adopts Siemens four-axis CNC system (other imported or domestic CNC system can be adopted according to the customer's ordering requirements), four-axis linkage.
ΔThe machining accuracy can reach 6 ~ 7 levels specified by GB/T10095.1-2008, which is about 2 levels higher than ordinary machine tools.
ΔThis machine has greater advantages than the ordinary hobbing machine used in the domestic market.

| Performance and Feature 1. The machine adopts a vertical layout, with the table fixed on the bed body and only rotating motion, and the large column moving in radial and horizontal direction. The structure is compact and the appearance is beautiful. 2. It can be processed by straight and reverse milling and equipped with hob manual tool channeling device. 3. Position accuracy of controlled shaft adopts semi-closed ring AC servo control and precision ball screw pair to ensure motion accuracy and positioning accuracy of controlled shaft. 4. The machine has a variety of processing cycle working modes, which can realize multiple box cycles. 5. The lifting and lowering of the outer support of small upright column is controlled by Y3180CNC4 CNC hobbing machine solenoid valve, which can stay at any height. 6.
