Aluminum coil is a metal product that is subjected to flying shear after being rolled by a casting and rolling machine and processed by drawing and bending angles. Unlike flat sheets, aluminum coils are coiled pieces of aluminum material. The core is a hollow cylinder onto which the aluminum coil material is wound, thus forming the inner diameter of the coil itself. Depending on the application, aluminum coils can be heat treated, non heat treated, diamond coated or treaded or pre-coated. These aluminum coils are also available in various grades such as 1100, 3003, 5052, 5083 and 8011. Due to their strength and durability, these aluminum coils can withstand heavy use.
