Automatic busbar assembly line / Busduct production line / Busway production line
Semi-automatic assembly line is composed of three parts, pre-assembly station, automatic reversal station and accessory assembly station.
Pre-assembly station: Operators will pre-assemble and fix busbar main parts by the fixtures and transfer the busbar to the automatic reversal station manually.
Automatic reversal station: When busbar arrives in the reversal station, operator shall fix the busbar by clamp and start riveting on one side. After one side is done, rotators will be reversed 180 degrees for other side's riveting.
Accessory assembly station: After busbar is riveted, operator will assemble the busbar accessories at this station.
Semi-automatic reversal assembly line is operated by rotating the swing-table and riveted manually.

1. The semi-automatic busbar production line can realize automatic clamping from left to right and down to up which is convenient for drilling and riveting.
2. The production line is flexibly compatible,suitable for busbar with width 74.5mm-350mm.
