Aseptic sampling valve

Application:
The aseptic sampling valve is mainly used for collecting material samples in the tank equipment or pipeline, and requires sterilization before and after each sampling. No dead corner, sterilization thoroughly, can be continuous and aseptic sampling at any time. Widely used in food, wine, beverages, dairy products, toothpaste cosmetics, biopharmaceutical and other industries.


Aseptic sampling valve Features:
The sterile sampling valve is sealed with a PTFE diaphragm valve, which opens and closes by expanding the diaphragm. The series is divided into stainless steel handle fast opening type, plastic handle fast opening type, hand wheel fine-tuning type, pneumatic type and hand one body type five kinds of opening forms. Manual quick-opening type and pneumatic type with spring automatic reset function, can adapt to a variety of actual conditions.


Working principle:
This aseptic sampling valve is mainly divided into pneumatic components, valve body and diaphragm sealing ring. When in the closed state, the valve core is pushed by the spring tension, and the sealing rubber head is pressed by the valve core to the inlet of the valve body material to achieve the sealing effect; if sampling is required, one of the sampling ports (usually the lower one) is passed through. Into the steam or other sterilizing medium, fill the entire sample chamber and export it from another sampling port. After a certain period of time, the sample chamber and the sampling port are sterilized; then, by feeding air, shrinking the spring, relaxing the valve core, The sealing rubber head is detached from the inlet of the valve body material, so that the sample flows out of the tank through the sample chamber and is collected from the sampling port; after the sampling is completed, the gas source is closed, the spring is released, and the sealing rubber head is pressed again through the valve core. At the inlet of the valve body material; pass the clean water to discharge the residual liquid in the sample chamber (if the sample is a clean medium such as sterile water, this step can be omitted), then inject the sterilization medium to seal and retain, wait for the next time sampling.
