| Maintenance | Proper maintenance is required to preserve all finishes. Clean the faucet periodically with clean waters, rinse thoroughly with warm water and dry with a clean, soft cloth. Please do not use any harsh chemicals as these will dull/corrode the finish (such as hand wash, liquid soap, soap, dishwashing liquid, bath cream, etc) and also any hard cleaning tools (like hard brush, stainless steel scrubber, sandpaper, etc) is forbidden because it will scrape the surface and plating. |

Q1: What is the warranty for the faucets? How it works?
A1: For faucets, normally 1 year free warranty, 3 years quality assurance. For example, normally we will offer 2% spare parts according to your order quantity and send it together with your formal orders. If the problems can be fixed by changing spare parts, please replace spare parts by yourself. If the faucet body is leaking and cannot be fixed, we will send you the replacement
in your next new order.
Q2: What is your MOQ?
A2: It can be friendly discussed between us. Normally 100pcs each model while we accept less quantity at the beginning of our cooperation so that you can test our product quality before a formal order.
Q3 : What type of cartridges you provide and the lifetime?
A3 : We provide ceramic cartridges mainly including:
Spain Sedal Cartridge: 500,000 times open and close;
Local Cartridge: 200,000 times open and close.
Q4 : What about the lead time / production time?
A4 : It depends. Normally it takes about 15-18 days for trial order quantity less than 500pcs; about 25-30 days for 20ft; about 30-35 days for 40ft.
Q5 : How can we get sample to check quality? And how many days?
A5 : You can order one or few pieces sample to check our product quality firstly. It can be ready within 3 working days once we receive the sample payment.
Q6 : Do you charge for samples and freight?
A6 : As per our company policy, the samples and freight will be on customer's account first while sample charges will be returned to you in your first formal order.
Q7 : Is there cheaper shipping cost to import to our country?
A7 : For small order, express will be best; For bulk order, sea shipment is the best but takes longer time; For urgent orders, we suggest by air.
Q8 : Can we get support if we have our own market position?
