FKQM-45 Scaling Jumbo here, powered by diesel engine, is equipped with rubber wheels, using hinged and front crusher. Utilizing advanced technologies, such as static hydraulic-mechanical transmission, four-wheel drive, central articulation of front and rear frames, full hydraulic steering, it can be operated by only one person. Two operating levels can easily control the boom, and impact force of the hammer head can be adjusted according to local rock conditions, so only the loose rocks are skidded. This kind of machine is far away from falling rocks, which can ensure safety of the operators, which greatly reduces accidents. Efficiency is 25-40% higher than that of manual operation.
FKQM-45 Scaling Jumbo has compact structure, convenient operation, flexible maneuvering, low operating cost and high efficiency. Using low-pollution engine from Duetz, along with external secondary purification device, it generates low exhaust. It is a kind of high energy efficient equipment for small and medium-sized underground mine or underground engineering.
All the accessories of this equipment are selected from international famous brands. Our configuration is a sauer pv22 fully reversible displacement piston pump. The hydraulic system consists of a working system, a steering system, a braking system, and an oil supplement acceleration system. The brake system is a caliper disc type, hydraulically released, and spring braked. The cab is arranged horizontally and has a good view; the high-strength protective partition can be lifted. The breaker is equipped with South Korean Shuosan SB50. The weight of the whole machine is 6780kg.
