The U-shaped pot body of this machine is made of stainless steel 304, which is easy to clean and meets food hygiene requirements. The jacket adopts electromagnetic, heat-conducting oil, gas, steam and other heating methods. The heating area is large and the thermal efficiency is high. It is suitable for the requirements of different materials for temperature and heating speed. The agitator with a scraper made of polytetrafluoroethylene is in full contact with the pot during the tumbling and mixing of the material. The opening, unloading and resetting of the pot body are controlled by pneumatic and mechanical transmission, which is easy to operate. The top of the pot is vacuumed, and the vacuum frying can reduce the frying temperature, which is especially suitable for heat-sensitive raw materials, avoiding the color and taste changes caused by excessive heating, and keeping the raw materials in their original color and flavor. Improve frying efficiency, reduce consumption, and shorten frying time. The temperature is automatically controlled, and the mixing is even, and the cover is automatically flipped, reducing labor. Both ends of the pot body adopt oval heads, rectangular parallelepiped and semi-cylindrical structure, and jacket heating. The inside and outside of the pot are polished, and both ends adopt mechanical seals, and the mechanical seal adopts well-known brands to ensure quality.
