Water-based waterproof coating

This coating is a water-based environmental protection product, a new type of waterproof film adhesive, which is made of special polymer copolymer as the base material and developed by various modified auxiliaries.
The product has excellent properties, such as wear resistance, air permeability and weather resistance.
It can be directly painted on the wall tile, stone, cement concrete and other surface, without peeling and powder, long service life, effectively prevent the substrate water seepage phenomenon and enhance the durability of the wall.


Product Usage:

1. All kinds of the external wall in the buildings which has the leakage problems, and wall brick, marble, granite, cement based inorganic materials, etc.

2. Cement, ceramic tile, glass and other inorganic materials.

3. New and old roof, wall and basement, toilet, bathroom, parking platform, swimming pool,  civil air-defense construction, special-shaped structure and other substrates which require anti-seepage, moisture-proof, waterproof, mildew-proof and corrosion prevention.

How to Use:
1.Clean up the oil and dust at the construction site, and the base surface is dry and free of water stains;
2. The first time of brushing is to use thin coating construction, the brushing is uniform, and the coating should not be piled up, so as to avoid the phenomenon that it is difficult to dry;
3. Paint the second time. After the first time is dry, the paint is not sticky as the standard, and then evenly paint the second time;
4. Ventilate to dry, keep it ventilated and dry at room temperature for 24 hours, and then test the water.


Application Method:

1. Exterior wall porcelain brick waterproof:

The base surface should thoroughly cleaned, dry, no oil and dust, repair the cracks and eliminate  pitted surface, using manual brush coating or using spray gun, full cover the surface.
 

       2. Cement based concrete:

The foundation surface should be dense, strong and dry. Uneven places need to apply the waterproof putty first. It is recommend to apply 2-3 coats, and it can be repaint when hands not sticky touching the last layer, and it should paint criss-cross. The maximum interval time shall not exceed 36 hours. In case of raining day and wet environment, it is not suitable for construction.

Note: After the application of waterproof layer is completed, each part of the whole project should be carefully checked, find out the missed spots and fix it in time.
