SLE7 series data acquisition system and measurement and control software are data acquisition systems designed by our company for the test bench.The control software is connected to the data acquisition box through the 485 bus.The basic configuration can complete the measurement and control of the relevant analog quantities and temperature quantities of the electric dynamometer, as well as the collection of common parameters.
The dedicated measurement and control software runs on the Windows 7 operating system platform, and is programmed in C# advanced language. The use of the software follows the operating habits of Windows and is easy to master.
 

The console is composed of industrial control computer unit, data acquisition unit and operation panel. The core of the console is an industrial-grade computer. Its main job is to collect test data, process and print reports, draw curves and store test data. On the other hand, it communicates with the drive cabinet through the bus to download control methods and set values; Actual values such as uploaded rotational speed and torque.

1. Acquire and record bench sensor data
When the system is working, the data acquisition system establishes communication with the host computer, obtains the real-time sensor data of the test bench from the data acquisition system, and performs necessary conversion on these data, displays them on the software interface, and records the data according to the test needs. to generate experimental results.
The sensor is connected to the body of the acquisition box through a special aviation plug, which can quickly and directly convert the collected thermal resistance temperature signal and analog signal into the signal in the system, and the value can be seen intuitively on the company's professional operating software.
2. Data logging and analysis
During the experiment, this software can observe and monitor the operation of the test bench in real time through sensor data, such as real-time changing data such as the internal temperature of the motor, the operating temperature of the tested part, and the pressure of the pipeline. Users can monitor the overall operation at any time. emergency measures can be taken quickly.
