1. With the single rotary drum dryer of high mechanization degree,which resistance to overload ability, large processing capacity,it can be the characteristics of continuous operation;

Heating 300 ºC conduction oil (or steam) in the dryer after heat exchange, low temperature heat conduction oil (condensate water) back into the heat conduction oil furnace (steam boiler) through reheating,with circulation use,and make full use of heat and no loss, drying energy consumption is lower than common dryers of 20-40%;
3. The heat conduction oil (steam) drying drum dryer belongs to indirect heating mode, do not contact directly material and heat source, drying process with closed operation,the material after drying is clean without any pollution;
4. The 110-250 ºC drying process temperature can adjust according to the material properties,which can be used in a downstream drying process,it also can use counter flow drying process,which belongs to the low temperature, constant temperature drying, which the material drying process is more secure;
5. Good structure and simple operation,the material through cylinder with small resistance,smooth running and easy operation.
6. Wide application range and good uniformity of product drying.
Heat conduction oil steam drum dryer, mainly composed of tube type heat exchanger, heat sources in and out center pipe, rotary drum, feeding and discharger of the machine, induced draft fan, dust collector and distribution cabinets.Wet material enters into the dryer, uniformly distributed in the roller feed plate and the column tube turning, with a full contact with hot conduction oil (steam) tube type heat exchanger, realizing heat transfer, mass transfer (110-250 ºC), constant temperature drying, water vaporization and scattered with the air emissions, gradually reduce the moisture from the material, the material has finished the drying process.
Scope of application
1. Chemical industry, mining, metallurgy and other industries, such as ore, slag, coal, metal powder, clay, diatomite, kaolin.
2. Agriculture, feed, and fertilizer industries, such as straw, pasture, leaves, fish meal, corn paste, starch residue, distiller's grains, medicinal residue, pomace, soy sauce residue, sugarcane bagasse, peat, organic compound fertilizer, sludge, aquatic product waste , food factory waste, slaughterhouse waste, organic fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers, phosphate fertilizers and ammonium sulfate.
3. Dryer for powdery and granular materials with special requirements. Such as various crystals, light calcium carbonate, activated clay, magnetic powder, graphite, inorganic mud, clay, lime slurry, ore mud, phosphate slag, aluminum plant red mud.
