The JCW-F3 automatic stripper crimper machine by JCW is an ideal electro-pneumatic controled stripping & crimping machine for processing insulated end sleeves (ferrule) to provides efficient processing of loose wire end sleeves with plastic collars in differentlengths. The use of premium components in combination with a robust construction ensures reliable operation. TheJCW-F1 stripping and crimping machine twists the conductor after stripping, guaranteeing precise insertion no matte your ferrule is with Easy Entry or not.
Easy to use
The JCW-F3 stripping and crimping machine covers bootlace ferrule at diferent cross-sections ranging from 0.5 to 6.0 sqmm. Cross-sections andstripping lengths can be changed quickly and precisely via a 4.3" color touchscreen with no special tooling requirement.
The JCW-F3 strip and crimp machine is equiped as standard with tooling for cross-sections of 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, and 1.5 mm. By fast changeover on crimp kits, you can process 2.5 and 6.0 sqmm perfectly. The change wil only take some minutes.
This automatic stripping and crimping machine features a program storage function and can store 18 groups of processing data
