This semi automatic filling machine is used for filling construction viscous materials such as acetoxy / neutral silicone sealant, silicone rubber, acrylic sealant, electric sealant, adhesive or paste into one components plastic cartridges.
When workers use this filling machine to fill materials, they need to take the one components plastic cartridge to fill materials by manual, but the plunger conveying and inserting are automatic.Friendly man-machine interface is available for this machine, it is very convenient for worker to set the parameter.
If customer need to fill different colors very often, we can produce this semi automatic filling machine with two / three/ four filling systems, in this case worker only need to switch to another filling head if they need to change colors for filling. This saves a lot of time for cleaning and improve the working efficiency a lot.
