Product Description
General Introduction
The WXC series peeling machine are special high-efficiency lathes for roughing and finishing the outer circumference of round bars/ pipes and wire rods. It removes decarburized layers, cracks and other crackers on the surface of the bars quickly and with high precision.
he models in the parameter table can be made into common types (Type B, Type C), small (CA) type and numerical control (S) type.
Strengths & Merits
1. It can process extra long rods, pipes and wires, including coil to coil, and coil to bars.
2. High efficiency: multiple blades simultaneously operate: its work efficiency is several times higher than conventional lathe.
3. High precision: diameter tolerance of finished products ≤h9, surface roughness ≤6.3 μm
4. Non-pollution: disposals can be recycled.
