It is suitable for cleaning the sewer, cesspit, gully, etc. It is widely used in environment and sanitation field.
(2)Accessory of sewage suction function: Equipped with PTO, transmission shaft, vacuum suction sewage pump, high pressure molding tank, moisture separator, gas-oil separation, multiple directional control valve, hanger rod, self-discharging valve, suck fecal gun and pipe network system.
(3)vacuum tank capacity ranges from 3,000 Liters to 35,000 liters
(4)Cylinder vacuum tank can be lifted hydraulically to 40-45 degree. Rear door can be opened and closed hydraulically.
(5)Adopt EU vacuum pump (Italy brand) or equivalent China top brand double vacuum pumps, super powerful, highly efficient.
(6)Pump can be operated by a hydraulic motor or by an auxiliary engine.
(7)Overfill system with music horn is equipped, preventing the vacuum pump damage from sewage water into vacuum pump when the tank is full.

Safety Devices
I. Safety System: Mounted on the top of the tank, with a stainless steel floating ball - shut off system.
II. Safety System: Mounted on the vacuum installation between the vacuum pump and first safety system, with a stainless steel floating ball - shut off system. It consists of a 70-liter overflow tank and a manual discharging valve.
Pressure Relief Valve: Mounted on the vacuum installation, providing secure working conditions in case of excessive pressure force created in the vacuum tank.
Vacuum Relief Valve: Mounted on the vacuum installation, providing secure working conditions in case of excessive vacuum force created in the vacuum tank.
Overflow Safety: Provides secure working conditions to prevent sludge materials to reach the vacuum pump. When the sludge level reaches a critical value, overflow safety stops the vacuum process automatically. The vacuum pump stops, the truck engine rpm decreases, the vacuum line
shuts down and the operator warning buzzer runs. This safety feature is developed by R&D department.
