Working Principle of Heated Regeneration Air dryers :
With taking advantage of the surface absorbability of porous solid material, the heated regeneration air dryer is a kind of equipment, which can absorb the moisture to get satisfied air with lower dew point, air dryer and better cleanliness.
It adopts active alumina, whose diameter is almost same with water molecule, as the adsorbent, it's also in line with the world advanced pressure swing adsorption (PSA) principle, that is to say, when absorbing in normal temperature, the pressure of water molecule in air is big than that in desiccant, so the former will be sucked into the desiccant, then condense to water drop, meanwhile the liberated heat will be stored at the upside of the tower. As regenerating, in order to temporary lower the desiccant absorption ability to let the water molecule effuse out, about 7% dry air will go through the regeneration tower slowly after the air being heated up to 150ºC, the stored heat also will take part in regeneration process for energy saving. For the circular employ of absorption-regeneration-absorption, the desiccant dries compressed air continuously to get deeply dried air. The technical performance already has reached the international high-level standard. It can be you ideal equipment with dew point lowering than -40ºC.
The working alternating cycle of twin tower can ensure stable output of satisfied compressed air. Its pressure dew point which can make up to -40ºC is definitely can obtain deeply dry and oil-free compressed air with high purity to meet the customer high requirements. Due to the heater, it can keep good regeneration performance with less purge air loss.

(1) , Product Introduction
The most significant advantages for the heat of compression regeneration adsorption dryer is that it makes full use of the high-temperature exhaust heat from the air compressor which make heating regeneration for desiccant.It cancels the electric heater of the heated regeneration adsorption dryer which saving the electric power consumption with a power consumption of only 0.5kW per hour.
(2) , Working Principle
The high-temperature and unsaturated wet air discharged from the compressor and then enter into the dryer directly. Firstly, the air flow into a tower for heating regeneration, then the air after the regeneration flow into the after cooler for cooling and then the water be separated by the gas-liquid separator. And finally flow into another tower for dry adsorption which dry air be produced. After heating and regeneration, the high-temperature desaturated wet air discharged from the air compressor is firstly cooled by the bypass water cooler and separated by the bypass gas water separator, then enters the previously heated adsorption tower for cold blowing of adsorbent, and then enters the rear cooler for cooling and gas-water separator to separate the liquid water, and then enters another adsorption tower for adsorption, and is discharged into the use pipe through the outlet of the dryer Net. As this equipment is a derivative of the compression heat regeneration series, it has all the energy-saving effects of compression heat, and more importantly, it completely eliminates the gas consumption and greatly reduces the comprehensive energy consumption. It is fully in line with China's national policy of "energy saving and emission reduction" effect of the adsorption dryer.
