Q4. What is needed for a quotation?
A: For PCB: Quantity, Gerber file, and technical requirements (material, surface finish treatment, copper thickness, board thickness).
For PCBA: PCB information, BOM, and testing documents.
Q5. What file formats do you accept for production?
A: Gerber files: CAM350 RS274X,
PCB files: Protel 99SE, P-CAD 2001 PCB,
BOM: Excel, PDF, Word, TXT.
Q6. Are my files safe?
A: Yes, your files are held in strict safety and security. We protect our customers' intellectual property throughout the entire process.
All customer documents are never shared with any third parties.
Q7. What about the shipping cost?
A: The shipping cost depends on the destination, weight, and packing size of the goods. Let us know if you need a shipping cost quote.
Q8. Do you accept process materials supplied by clients?
A: Yes, we can source components, and we also accept components provided by clients.

A: Upon product confirmation, we will inform you of the precise production schedule and delivery time. We strive to deliver products within the specified timeframe and will organize the production line accordingly.
